Mr. Tokunbo Shofolawe-Bakare, a 1984 Social Sciences graduate of University of Lagos, who trained and qualified at BDO Binder Balogun Badejo, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants (Membership No.5785). He later went into Partnership with Messrs Mojibayo Ogunmoyero & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he was responsible for corporate clients like: Triple Gee Plc, Nigeria Army Post Exchange (NAPEX) Supermarkets, Daily Times of
Nigeria Plc, Metropolitan Batteries Ltd, Metal Furniture Nig. Ltd, 158 Baresel Ltd.
Mr. Shofolawe-Bakare is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Federal Reporting Council of Nigeria. He has had the privilege of working with four Past Presidents of ICAN (1980, 2000, 2007 &
2013).
