Ayinla Yinusa is a 1990 HND graduate of Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun state. He is the Senior Manager, Audit and Assurance of Shofolawe, Bakare and Co.
He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He was head of finance/administration for so many companies including Harriman Group of Companies, First Colombia Securities and Investments Limited, and Heritage Capital Markets Limited (a dealing member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange).
