Theophilus Olufemi ACA, ACTI, BSc, MBA, a chartered accountant and a chartered tax practitioner with over 14 years of work experience. In the past, he worked as the Head of Tax, PKF Professional Services and the Head of Tax for SIAO Partners. Theophilus’ tax experience cut across tax compliance, regulatory and transfer pricing, over different sectors. He is the Senior Manager, Tax and Assurance.
He has authored different tax-related articles and had ensured the resolution of a number of high-profile tax issues. He is a very resourceful individual who is versatile and constantly striving to serve in the capacity of a professional. Theophilus has also lectured tax in different ICAN tuition centers.
Theophilus Is a seasoned public speaker and he has facilitated different trainings and workshop with the following organizations:
